Contract documents

By registering an Order on magazinsteaua, the Buyer agrees with the form of communication (by telephone or e-mail) through which the Seller carries out his commercial operations.

The notification received by the Buyer after the Order has an informative role and is not the acceptance of the Order. This notification is made electronically (e-mail), by sms or by telephone.

For justified reasons, the Seller reserves the right to change the quantity of Products and / or Services in the Order. If you change the quantity of Products and / or Order Services, the Seller will notify the Buyer by email or telephone number made available to the Seller upon making the Order. Product Information

The products are offered subject to the provisions of this contract and within the available stock limit.

For this reason, ROD94 assumes the right not to honor a particular order if that product is no longer found in the store stock, the remaining products are shown to be non-conforming for delivery or for reasons independent of ROD94.

All information used to describe the Goods available on the site (static / dynamic images / multimedia presentations / etc.) is not a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller, which is used exclusively for presentation purposes.

The prices displayed on the site are expressed in lei and contain VAT (19% of the value of the product).

The purchase price printed on the tax invoice / tax receipt will be the same as the price displayed on the site when placing the order.

The buyer will also be required to pay all additional shipping, delivery, postage or other costs incurred by the professional to keep you in possession of the ordered products, which adds to the price of the ordered products. (See About Delivery)
